Prior to starting Elata Natives, owner, Kara Alfaro obtained her degree in Landscape Architecture at the University of Iowa.  Over the years her experience working with landscape architects and their firms and with landscape contractors throughout Southwest Florida, Kara's landscape designs reflect unique qualities for each client and are specific to each site.

Elata Natives landscape projects benefit from well thought out designs which blend the landscape with the existing conditions. Native plants and native trees are often incorporated into her landscape designs making a Florida scheme; natural and thriving with native plants that have been proven to last. Her landscape designs and plans range in size accommodating both commercial land developers, residential developers as well as private homeowners.
